What is The Playground?

I'm so glad you asked!

We want to give North Idaho a place to play & grow! 

We moved to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in Spring of 2017 and discovered that there are very few places to take the kids (without breaking the bank). There are places to hike and run (weather permitting), and event-based places for special occasions. But we have found few (if any) places to take the kids on a regular basis. As I started telling other parents about the some of the places we used to visit frequently in other states they said they'd love something like that here.

Help us give North Idaho a place to play & grow, here's what that looks like:

The Playground is a Movement-Based Entertainment Center for the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Community. The facility features an indoor over-sized PlaySmart Playground, tables and seating for parents (who tire quickly) and meeting rooms. There are also mini-events and movement-based arcade games (but only those that keep the body moving). 

Play

• Giving Kids a place to play: 
• A large playground and activities to burn that energy! 
• Arcade Games will feature movement-based activities such as Dance and SkeeBall.
• The Lego Style Block Building area features over-sized blocks to build a fort or whatever you can imagine together.
• There are sections designated for kids of each age-group (babies, toddlers, and big kids), so they don't run each-other over.

• Giving Parents a place to play (and relax while the kids play):
• The playground is large enough to facilitate kids of ANY age (even you Dad!). When you are too tired to keep up, you can head back to your seat, open the laptop, and use our free WiFi while the kids keep going.

• Giving Teens a place to play:
• We get it, you'd like to run loose but you keep running over the smaller ones. We'll have special Teen-Only nights for you to run amuck without having to worry about running over the littles. Bring the youth-group or the scout troop.

• Giving Companies (and their teams) a place to play:
• Come on CEO or Regional VP... You know you want to try out that slide! Bring your team for special Corporate-Event nights. When you're done (or before you start) you can use the conference room for your team meeting.

• See Events & Meetings

Grow

• Food:
• Kids get hungry, often, especially when they run. There is a small kitchen with a focused menu at a reasonable price, you don't have to worry about finding something before you come or leaving early to get something. ReCharge and keep playing.

• Parties:
• We'd like to celebrate your growing up! There are party rooms for birthdays and special events.

• Classes and Events: Giving Communities a place to play, learn, and meet:
• We will host classes and special events (you can also book a room for your next event). 
• Classes & Events may include Paint Nights, Pokemon Tournaments, Bible Studies, Team Meetings, and more.
